Christos Kotsoulas #Capten

Capten (Christos Kotsoulas) was born in Preveza in 1968. He graduated from the Hellenic Naval Academy in 1991 and from the Supreme Joint War College in 2010. As a senior naval officer, he commanded the Oceanographic vessel “Nautilus”.

In parallel with his job he attended and successfully graduated from the School of Fine Arts in Athens in 2008. In October 2012 his artistic work was acknowledged, and he received a special award from the Hellenic National Defense General Staff, which exhibits in its collection part of Capten’s creative artwork. In November 2012  the President of the Hellenic Republic presented him with the Golden Cross of the Order of Honour, a medal awarded in personalities for their outstanding achievements.

Since 2017 he is a partner of the Victoria Square Project. His artworks are part of many public and private collections.
He lives and works in Athens.
